单缸直喷柴油机燃用液化石油气的研究

摘　　要：以ZS1100直喷柴油机为基本机型,在保留原柴油机基本结构的前提下改进设计使之完全使用LPG。在性能试验的基础上实测了LPG单缸发动机不同工况下的示功图,并对燃气发动机的工作过程进行了分析。结果表明以直喷柴油机为基础开发LPG发动机是可行的,通过液化石油气混合气的快速燃烧,降低了原发动机的碳烟排放,取得较好的动力性和经济性等综合性能。Based on the ZS1100 D.I. diesel engine, the author designs a LPG engine without modifying the fundamental structure of the ZS1100 D.I. diesel engine. Based on the performance test, the researcher gets the indicator diagram under different operating conditions and analyses the working process of LPG engine. The results show that it is practicable to develop the LPG engine based on the D.I. diesel engine. Through speeding up combustion of LPG and air mixture, the LPG engine can acquire low smoke emission, low fuel consumption and high power.
