摘　　要：从理论上详细介绍了金属在熔铸过程中的损耗计算方法。给出了熔铸产品与熔铸成品率、损耗率、加工成品率之间的数字表达式,利用这一表达式,各熔铸厂及各种板、带、型、线材生产厂可以根据自己的装备水平和生产水平较准确地计算出产品的生产成本。对预测企业效益、实现成本管理有很大帮助。Calculation method of metals loss in fusion casting process is theoretically recommended in details in the paper.A mathematics relational expression between total proportion of metal loss and procedure parameters including casting yield,proportion of metal loss,fabrication yield is given.Using the expression,many factories with different condition levels of equipment and production,which produce cast ingots,plates.strips,shaped sections and wires,can calculate the cost accurately,which is useful for the plants to forecast benefits and manage the cost of productions.
