麦冬消渴胶囊对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠血糖血脂的影响

摘　　要：研究了麦冬消渴胶囊对四氧嘧啶糖尿病大鼠血糖和血脂的影响.采用ip四氧嘧啶诱导大鼠糖尿病模型.模型大鼠随机分为5组:3个麦冬治疗组(分别ig麦冬药物相当于生药0.45,0.90,1.80mg/(g.d))、阳性对照组(ig盐酸二甲双胍0.15mg/(g.d))、模型对照组(ig等体积生理盐水);另设1个正常对照组(ig等体积生理盐水).连续给药20d,测定各大鼠血糖、血脂.结果表明:麦冬胶囊高、中、低3个剂量组对四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病大鼠的血糖水平均有抑制作用,抑制率分别为16.97%,16.26%,13.85%.同时能明显调节四氧嘧啶所致糖尿病大鼠血清中总胆固醇、甘油三脂和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇的升高症状,以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇的降低症状.麦冬胶囊具有显著地降血糖降血脂作用.To investigate the effects of ophiopogon japonicus capsule on glycemia and lipidemia in diabetic mice induced by alloxan.The diabetic mice were assigned into five groups. Three of five groups were treated with ophiopogon japonicus 0.45 mg/(g·d),0.90 mg/(g·d),1.80 mg/(g·d),respectively by ig administration,and one group was given metformin 0.15 mg/(g·d) by ig administration as the positive contrast,and another group was given normal saline as the diabetic model contrast. After 20 days treatment,the blood glucose and the serum lipids of each group were determined.Compared with the diabetic model control group,Ophiopogon japonicus could significantly decrease both the blood glucose and the level of serum total cholesterol (P<0.05),triglyceride (P<0.05),low-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (P<0.01) and increase high-density-lipoprotein cholesterol (P<0.05) in diabetic mice.Ophiopogon japonicus capsule has effects on decreasing the blood glucose concentration and adjusting the blood lipids concentration.
