摘 要:针对小浪底水库运用后新的水沙条件,对整治流量、整治河宽和排洪河槽宽度等主要参数进行了分析,提出黄河下游游荡型河道的整治方向为:按照中水流路进行整治,利用现有的河道整治工程并补充必要的河道整治措施,游荡型河道可以逐步转化为像高村—陶城铺河段那样的限制性弯曲河道。通过对不同整治方案进行分析比较,认为今后的河道整治应采取以现行的微弯型整治方案为主,同时充分吸取其他整治方案优点的综合整治方案。The paper analyzes the main parameters of discharge and river width for regulation and channel width for flooding in the light of the new sediment discharge conditions after Xiaolangdi Reservoir putting into operation. It puts forward the following regulating orientation for the wandering section of the lower Yellow River: to regulate based on mean-water flow path, to utilize the existing river training works and add necessary river training measures and to gradually transform the wandering section into limit tortuous channel like Gaocun-Taochengpu Section. Through analysis and comparison with various training plans, it considers that the river training plan should be an integrated plan of taking the existing slightly curved plan as the main and learning from the advantages of other training plans at the same time.
