肥胖儿童血清脂类的研究

摘　　要：检测66例单纯性肥胖症儿童血清脂类。与健康儿童相比,单纯性肥胖症儿童的血清总胆固醇、载脂蛋白B、低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇、甘油三脂和极低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇的浓度均有显著升高(P<0.01);载脂蛋白A-I、高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇和脂蛋白(a)的浓度比较,其差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。提示:治疗小儿单纯性肥胖症对预防成人期动脉粥样硬化和冠心病的发生有重要意义。The serum lipids were determined in 66 children with simple obesity and 142 normal children. Significantly increased levels of the total cholesterol, apolipoprotein B, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, triglyceride and very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol were observed in children with simple obesity in comparison with the controls. Normal levels of lipoprotein (a), apolipoprotein A-I and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol were observed in the same children. Treatment of children with simple obesity isimportant in prevention of atherosclerosis and coronary heart disease appearing at the later stage of life.
