乙基罗丹明B-锗钼杂多酸-聚乙烯醇超高灵敏显色反应的研究

摘　　要：研究了乙基罗丹明B锗钼杂多酸聚乙烯醇(PVA)显色体系的形成条件,建立了测定痕量锗的超高灵敏分光光度法。由于形成吸附型缔合物,其表观摩尔吸光系数高达5.44×106L·mol-1·cm-1。缔合物组成比为Ge(Ⅳ)∶ERB+=1∶11,最大吸收波长位于584nm。方法已用于人参中痕量锗的测定,获得满意结果。According to investigation of a colour reaction system of ethyl rhodamine B molybdogermanic acid PVA systerm,a highly sensitive spectrophotometric method for determination of trace germanium is reported.The maximum absorption wavelength of the ion-associted compound is at 584 nm and its apparent molar absorptivity is found to be 5.44×10 6.Beer’s law is obeyed in the range of 0 to 0.22 μg of Ge(Ⅳ) per 25 mL.The colour of the aqueous solution is stable for at least 1 h.The molor ratio of Ge(Ⅳ) to ERB + in ion associate is established to be 1∶11.Germanium in ginseng can be determined by the proposed method with satisfactory results.
