摘　　要：以武汉石油化工总厂聚丙烯装置自动控制系统改造为例,详细介绍了该系统在PLC与PLC,PLC与COROS及PLC与WinCC之间的通讯,以及WinCC的数据配置及其实现等内容。此外,还介绍了WinCC多客户机系统在该自动控制系统中的应用。应用证明WinCC作为SCADA系统,具有强大的功能,广泛的应用,较好的兼容性和灵活的伸缩能力。WinCC能提供成熟可靠的操作和高效的组态功能,非常适合工业现场使用。Taking example for the automatic control system revamp of the polypropylene unit in Wuhan petrochemical plant,the actual communication mode of PLC-PLC,PLC-COROS and PLC-WinCC on SINEC H1 network are introduced.The data configuration and implementation of WinCC multi-client system in the automatic control system is described.The practical application proved that WinCC as SCADA system has powerful function,extensive application,flexible contractility and good compatibility.WinCC can provide mature and reliable operation and effective configuration function.It is very suitable to be used in industrial control field.
