摘 要:建立了氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定镍基高温合金中痕量铋的方法,荧光强度与铋浓度在0~30.0μg.L-1范围内呈线性关系,相关系数为0.9991,检出限为0.29μg.L-1。方法应用于高温合金中痕量铋测定,精密度和准确度可满足实际测试工作的要求。A HG-AFS method for the determination of traces of Bi in high temperature nickel alloys was proposed. There is a linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and Bi concentration in the range of 0^(30.0 g)L^(-1) with correlation coefficient 0.9991.The detection limit is 0.29 gL^(-1). The experimental results of the proposed method show that the obtained precision and accuracy are satisfactory. The proposed method meets with the needs of practical analysis.
