摘 要:根据超稠油的特性,针对脱水处理周期长和产出污水含油高等问题,研制和试验应用了预脱水剂.经现场试验,该预脱水剂和破乳剂协同作用,使污水含油由7 000 mg/L降至3 500mg/L左右,二段沉降时间由原来的70~80 h缩短至50 h.试验结果表明,预脱水剂和破乳剂协同作用能较大幅度降低脱出污水含油,并能提高超稠油的破乳脱水速度.This paper introduces the working mechanism, chemical composition, property evaluation and field test of super heavy oil pre-dehydrant. The pre-dehydrant is developed and tested in accordance with the problems of long dehydration period and high oil-cut of produced waste water. The on-site test conducted by special oil gathering station shows that, through synergetic effect of pre-dehydrant and demulsifier, the oil-cut of waste water reduces from 7 000 mg/L to about 3 500 mg/L, and secondary settling time reduces from 70~80 h to 50 h. The result indicates that the synergetic effect of pre-dehydrant and demulsifier can greatly reduce oil-cut of dehydrated waste, and improve the demulsification and dehydration rate of super heavy oil.
