摘 要:为了提高反应器的处理效率,综述了内循环生物流化床反应器在运行过程中关键参数对其处理效果的影响,指导实际处理过程中如何选择水力停留时间、载体和接种污泥投加量以使反应器快速启动,以及如何控制气含率、载体投加量和生物膜特性等参数.反应器启动阶段建议采用<0.5h的水力停留时间和低接种污泥浓度.在一定范围内较高的载体投加量有助于提高反应器的处理效果.The effects of key parameters on the performance of internal-circulation three-phase bio-fluidized bed (ITFB), a newly developed wastewater treatment technology, were discussed. The objective of this paper is to instruct the operation in practice on how to start up the reactor rapidly by choosing the right hydraulic retention time (HRT), carrier concentration and sludge inoculation concentration, and how to control the parameters such as gas holdup, carrier concentration and characteristics of biofilm in order to operate the reactor effectively. A short HRT of 0.5 h and less sludge inoculation concentration at the start up stage were proposed and more carrier concentration leads to higher efficiency. Other parameters were proposed to be chosen according to the practice.
