摘 要:分析了电磁轴承测量耦合特性,给出了测量耦合计算公式,建立了考虑正交结构耦合影响情况下电磁力计算公式.分析结果表明:正交结构耦合力提高了系统的负刚度,正交耦合力的大小与控制电流无关,与气隙的变化量成正比;位置刚度系数与磁极分布角度无关,而电流刚度系数与磁极分布角度相关.Measuring coupling characteristic of the active magnetic bearings (AMBs) is analyzed. Two useful formulae are derived: one is to calculate the measuring coupling coefficient, the other is to get the electromagnetic force including the orthogonal structure coupling effects. Through analyzing, it is concluded that orthogonal structure coupling force improves the system negative stiffness, and its value has no relationship with the control current, but it is proportional to the air gap. The distributing angle of magnetic pole has influence on current stiffness coefficient, but no influence on position stiffness coefficient.
