苯基二氯化膦的合成工艺研究

摘　　要：以PCl3和苯为原料,在无水AlCl3催化作用下合成DCPP,研究了各反应条件的影响。采用NaCl配合剂除去催化剂AlCl3。较佳的工艺条件是:n(C6H6)∶n(AlCl3)∶n(PCl3)=1∶1∶2,反应时间:8h,反应温度75℃～76℃,收率达到75%。Dichlorophenylphosphine was synthesized from benzene and phosphorous trichloride, and reaction condition was studied. Result showed that the optimum process was molar ratio of benzene/aluminium chloride/ phosphorous trichloride 1∶1∶2, reaction time of 8 h, reaction temperature of 75℃~ 76℃ and using sodium chloride to remove aluminium chloride, with the yield of 75%.
