摘 要:采用浸没法腐蚀实验研究了纯铁及40Cr在750℃下,熔融LiCl10Li2O(%,质量分数)中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明,纯铁和40Cr在750℃熔融LiCl10%Li2O中的腐蚀产物均为LiFeO2,腐蚀减重均随时间的延长而增大,并且40Cr的腐蚀减重略低于纯铁。在本实验条件下,奥氏体的耐蚀性能优于铁素体。The corrosion behavior of pure Fe and 40Cr steel have been studied by immersion experiments in molten LiCl-10Li_2O(%, mass fraction) at 750℃. The experimental results showed that the corrosion product of both pure Fe and 40Cr steel at 750℃ in molten LiCl-10%Li_2O was LiFeO_2. The weight loss of the two materials increased with increasing time, and the weight loss of 40Cr steel was slightly less than that of pure Fe. Under these experimental conditions, the corrosion resistance of austenite was better than that of ferrite.
