摘  要:迄今为止,国家电网调度中心和含有水电的绝大多数网、省调度中心相继建设了电网水调自动化系统,这些系统采用了成熟的理论和最新技术,系统功能丰富,运行稳定、可靠,基本满足了流域监视、水库防洪和水电调度的业务需求,系统实用化程度较高。为进一步研究水库流域来水和水库调度的内在规律,挖掘水电效益潜能,阐述了数据仓库和数据挖掘技术在水库调度辅助决策中的应用,并结合湖南省电网水调自动化系统介绍这一成果使用的实际情况和应用体会。So far, waterpower-scheduling automation systems in power networks have been built in the National Electric Power Dispatching and Communication Center and numerous regional & provincial power dispatching and communication centers with waterpower. By use of ripe theories and the newest technology from the end of the 20th century to the beginning of the 21st century, these systems have abundant functions. They are stable, reliable, and practical, and the requirements for drainage area watching, flood control, and waterpower dispatching are satisfied basically. For further studies on the internal rules of reservoir inflow and reservoir scheduling, and exploitation of the potential of waterpower, the application of warehouse & data mining technology to the assistant decision-making of reservoir scheduling is expounded, and a practical case is introduced of the Hunan waterpower scheduling automation system in the provincial power network.
