摘 要:研究由漆酚甲醛缩聚物(PUF)、多羟基醇酸树酯(AlR)和三氯化铁制备互穿聚合物网络(IPN)涂料的方法,并采用动态机械热分析(DMTA),红外光谱(IR)和其它手段对IPN涂料的结构特征与性能进行表征。结果表明,Fe3+与PUF中的酚羟基形成Fe—O键,PUF分子之间的交联程度增加,对AlR的包裹和缠结能力增强,从而提高了漆膜的综合性能,尤其是耐腐蚀性能和抗溶剂性能得到很大的提高。Interpenetrated polymer network (IPN) coating was prepared from urushiol-ferric polymer(PUF) and multihydroxyl alkyd resin (AlR). Its structure, mechanism of network formation and behavior of mechanical properties were characterized by DMTA, IR and other physico-chemical means. The solvent resistance and dynamic mechanical properties were also studied. The results showed that IPN was formed at definite ratio of PUF and AlR, with the combinated features of PUF coating and acrylic coating, especially its alkali resistance and solvent resistance were greatly improved.
