摘　　要：根据调度专网承载信息的特点及网络安全的需要,提出了电力调度数据网络的技术体制和网络结构。省调主站与厂、站监控系统和装置之间的通信可以采用基于64kbit/s数字通道的点对点通信方式,与地调之间的通信可采用IP体制,由于电力市场等应用的需要,与电厂之间的通信可同时采用IP体制。In order to meet the security requirement of the special network for electric power dispatching,and according to the features of its main applications,the technique system and network architecture is presented. In the paper,it suggests that the communication between provincial dispatching system and the monitor systems in power plant and substation may be based on 64 kbit/s digital channels in point to point mode;the communication between provincial dispatching system and regional dispatching system may adopt IP system. But the communication between provincial dispatching system and power plant may also adopt IP system in order to meet the requirement of the electric power market.
