摘　　要：我国科技特派员制度对农村科技体制的贡献体现在观念、制度和机制的创新上,由此而不断克服目前农村科技体制运行和管理中存在的各种弊端。在科技特派员制度的引导和激励下,广大科技人员将逐步进入市场,从而促进科技人才市场的发育和完善。Technical Envoy system focuses on innovation of conception,institution and mechanism of rural technical system,wihch contributes to overcome the problems of existing operation and managecent of rural technical research and extension.The technical personnel will participate in the markets with initiation of Technical Envoy system,facilitating the develpment and improvement of technical personal resource marketing.
