摘　　要：经过分析经济全球化背景下我国企业的比较优势及所面临的新挑战,本文得出:国内企业在当今国际经济环境中处于极为不利的地位,主要就是因为普遍缺少核心竞争力。然后针对核心竞争力的构建与提升,探索全球竞争中中国企业全球学习战略的内外向展开。最后集中研究中国企业全球学习的战略协同与发展,从全球学习网络、全球知识管理、文化与制度创新三个方面提出了一系列的创新性思维和策略参考。.Through analyzing Chinese enterprises'advantages and the new challenge which they are facing in the economic globalization,the article draws that domestic enterprises are in extremely unfavorable position during nowadays international economic environment,mainly because of the general lack of the core competence.Then the article explores the inward and outward deployment of Chinese enterprises'global learning strategy in direct of the construction and promoting of the core competence in global competition.Finally,it concentrates on studying the strategic synergy and development of Chinese enterprises'global learning,and proposes a series of innovational thinking and tactic reference from three aspects of global learning network,global knowledge management,culture and system innovation.
