摘 要:某汽车引擎配件是应用于汽车上的重要零件,结构复杂,主要采用磁粉检测,研究零件的退磁场分布对探伤效果分析很有帮助。采用磁偶极子理论对该零件的退磁场分布进行了分析,应用Matlab软件进行了计算机仿真,通过仿真使零件各关键部位的退磁场分布得到直观显现。仿真结果表明,纵向磁化时,上下端面棱上、各部分衔接处、与外加磁场平行的棱上以及距外加磁场源较近部位的退磁场较大,可用于确定零件上是否存在缺陷。An automobile engine fitting with complex configuration was an important component in automobile. Generally it was tested by magnetic particle method, and so the research on demagnetization field distribution of the component was much helpful to guarantee the testing effect. The magnetism dipole theory was used to analyze the demagnetization field of the component, and computer simulation was processed with software Matlab. Simulation results showed that the demagnetization field distribution could be displayed intuitively, and it was concluded that when magnetizing longitudinally, the demagnetization field was larger at such locations as upper and lower edge, the linking edge of each part, the edge paralleled to the adding magnetizing field and the closer part to the magnetizing source. The above could be used to determine if defect existed.
