摘 要:本研究通过对4条犬分两组进行注射国产磁显葡胺和进口马根维显造影剂前后MRI的图像与数据对比分析,注射磁显葡胺后第一组犬_(1,2),鼻粘膜由用药前的中低信号变为高信号,脑脓肿由边缘模糊不清的低信号变为边缘清楚的环形增强。测量鼻粘膜增强前后的信号强度值为849.2和1901.6,约较前增高123.9%,脑脓肿增强前后的信号强度值分别为1166.8和1705.8,约较前增高46.2%。用马根维显后所见增强改变与用磁显葡胺无明显差别。我们的结论是磁显葡胺对病变组织和某些正常组织有明显的增强效应,其增强情况无论从肉眼还是数据测量所见均与进口马根维显基本相同。说明其同样具有潜在的临床应用价值。This experimental study was to compare the enhancement effect of local made MRcontrast medium-dimegliumime gadopentetate“CIXIANPUAN”(CXPA) with Magnevist(Schering)by the analysis of enhanced images and measurement of signal intensities.After intravenous bolus injec-tion of CXPA, the nasal mucosa and the perpheral zone of brain abscess of dogs were markedly en-hanced on T_1-WI SE images,and measurement of signal intensities of these two areas showed an in-crease of 123.9% and 46.2% respectively From this study, there seems to be no significant difference inenhancement effect between these two MR contrast media. Therefore,the local made contrast medium,CXPA,can be used Clinically as well.
