摘 要:为解决原大楼空调系统冬季采用电加热器作为辅助热源导致能耗过高的缺点,本文提出两种改造方案。方案一在冬季采用风冷热泵作为辅助热源,制备热水进入末端分散的水-空气水源热泵,即采用“双级耦合热泵”的形式向大楼供暖;方案二采用含水层储能系统作为冬季辅助热源和分散热泵系统组成混合系统向大楼供暖,考虑到冬夏季负荷相差太大会对地下含水层产生热影响,夏季采用含水层储能系统和冷却塔联合散热。结果表明:在地下水丰足的冬冷夏热地区,采用与含水层储能系统结合的集中水源——分散热泵空调系统是政府机构大楼适用、经济的空调方案;而在缺水的地区,可采用风冷热泵作为辅助热源的“双级耦合热泵”系统。This governmental building air condition system adopt water-source heat pump system which was concentrated water-source-divided cooling/heating, heating resistance was auxiliary heat source in winter, two kinds of schemes of transforming to the question were put forward that the original system is too high in energy consumption.Reconstructive scheme one: the air-source heat pump replaced the electric heater as the auxiliary heat source in winter, it adopted the form of “Double Stage Coupling Heat Pumps”to heat to the building;Scheme two: adopted the Aquifer Thermal Energy Storage (ATES) system replaced the electric heater as the auxiliary heat source in winter,with the divided heat pump system heat the return water in winter; In summer, the ATES and the cooling tower cool the return water in order to avoid thermal influence in aquifer,they were compared on the economy and technology when the systematic end does not change, To give result of manifest,in hot summer and cold winter zone which has much too ground, adopt the ATES, with the water-source heat pump system which is concentrated water-source-divided cooling/heating conditioning system is a economical and suited project;the zone has not much ground water,adopt the conditioning system form of “double stage coupling heat pumps”.
