摘　　要：降低4号炉的排烟温度是长春第一热电有限责任公司的2003年的一个QC课题。结合该厂的现场运行情况、现状调查,从人(运行人员)、机(设备仪表)、法(运行规程、管理细则)等多个角度进行了原因分析,探讨了降低锅炉排烟温度的对策措施,从而实现企业内部挖潜、节能降耗的目的。It is one of the QC subjects of The First Thermal Power Co.Ltd in Changchun in order to decrease the temperature of exhaust gas from 4# coal-fired boiler.This paper discusses some corresponding measures based on field investigation and following reason analysis including persons(operating workers),machines(facilities and instruments)and rules(operation regulations and manage rules)according to its own practical conditions,with the purpose of energy conservation and consumption reduction from itself.
