摘　　要：作者于１９６５年６月至１９７９年１０月治疗复发性髌骨脱位１４例，其中１１例采用作者设计的改良Ｇａｌｅａｚｚｉ－Ｂａｋｅｒ术式治疗，随诊２年４个月至１６年９个月，９例优，２例良好，效果满意。远期随访结果证明采用内下侧髌韧带及关节囊成形术是避免复发及防止后期骨关节炎的关键。Abstract From June196 5 through October1979,the authortreated 14 cases with recurrent dislocation of the patella;of them.11 were treated with the author’s modifiedGaleazzi-Beker procedure.The patients were followed upfor 2 years and 4 months to16 years and 9 months.Theresults were rated excellent in 9 and good in 2 cases. Thelong term follow-up results demonstrated that the newlydesigned media-inferior ligamentoplasty of the patellaworked well for avoiding the recurrence of deslocation ofthe patella and preve n n ting the tate coming osteoarthritis.
