摘　　要：作者对１０６个肢体标本进行了肘管的应用解剖学研究，结合我院１９６６～１９８９年收治的３５例肘管综合征，指出肘管的解剖学特点构成本病发生的基础，一切急慢性损伤是最常见的病因，临床上采用尺神经松解及前移术是有效的治疗方法。AbstractThe authors studied the clinical anatomy ofcubital tunnel for 106 arm specimens and combinedwith 35 cubital tunnel syndrome treated during196 6～1986.It is pointed out that the anatomicfeature of the cubital tunnel form the basic ofcause of the disease,All acute and chronic injuriesare most frequently reason of the disease. Usingneurolysis and anterior transposition of the ulnarnerve is an enective treatment method.
