摘 要:通过不同海拔高度试验,系统研究和分析了海拔高度对玉米子粒品质的影响,结果发现随海拔高度增加,子粒蛋白质和赖氨酸含量提高,淀粉含量和可溶性糖含量降低,品种间表现出相对稳定性。植株茎、叶品质变化呈现出明显的有规律的变化。随海拔高度增加,灌浆期延迟1~2d,株高和茎粗减小。海拔高度对玉米子粒品质具有良好的调控作用。生产上应因地制宜,发挥区域优势,重视海拔高度对玉米品质的调控作用,以改善玉米品质。This study devised three different altitude treatments, studying t he maize seed quality of different treatments. It was found that the seed protei n and lys content was increased, the starch and soluble sugar content was decrea sing with the altitude rising, varieties had relative stability. The stem and le af quality had obvious change. With altitude rising, the filling time delayed 1 to 2 days, the plant height and stem diameter had decreasing tendency. So we cou ld see the height had obvious regulating effect to seed quality. We should pay m ore attention to it, and improving the maize quality.
