摘  要:进行了SodaAQ法蔗渣浆漂前的硫酸预处理及预处理浆的压力H2O2漂白。结果表明,酸预处理能有效降低未漂浆中的过渡金属离子含量及未漂浆的卡伯值,提高处理浆的白度,为后续的漂白提供有利条件。实验优选出的漂白条件为温度80℃,压力0.9MPa,时间1h,NaOH/Na2SiO3比为2/4,所得漂浆白度为68.6%ISO。再添加少量助剂稳定H2O2,漂浆白度接近80%ISO,漂浆粘度损失显著降低,漂白的选择性及H2O2残余量明显提高。The pretreatment of soda-AQ bagasse pulp with sulfuric acid and the pressured hydrogen peroxide bleaching of the pretreated pulp were investigated. The results showed that sulfuric acid pretreatment decreased the content of transition metal ions and the kappa number, upgraded the brightness of the treated pulp, it played an important role in improving the bleaching efficiency of the pulp. The optimized pressured hydrogen peroxide bleaching conditions are: reaction temperature 80℃, oxygen pressure 0.9MPa, reaction time 1 hour and ratio of NaOH/Na_2SiO_3 2/4, the bleached pulp brightness is 68.65%ISO. Further stabilization of hydrogen peroxide with a small charge of chemical reagents to manage the metal ions in the pulp can bring about a higher brightness of the bleached pulp up to 80%ISO, with a lower viscosity lose, higher bleaching selectivity and residual of hydrogen peroxide. Controlling the metal ions in bleaching system is a key measure for the effective bleaching of bagasse pulp by means of pressured hydrogen peroxide.
