摘 要:采用正交实验法分析了ONP、OMG、MOW几种废纸脱墨过程中的主要化学品对其脱墨体系Zeta电位的影响,进一步采用单因素实验法探讨了脱墨过程的碎解时间及处理温度对脱墨体系Zeta电位的影响,并对脱墨体系的Zeta电位与几种二次纤维原料的脱墨性能的关系进行了研究。Old news paper (ONP), old magazine paper(OMG) and mixed office waste paper(MOW) are the important secondary fiber material in today's papermaking industry. In this paper, the zeta potential of deinking system of the three kinds of recycled paper and the impact of the zeta potential on the deinked pulp's quality were studied. The orthogonal experiment result, related to the influence of main deinked pulp's quality, showed that the zeta potential of deinking system is different according to secondary fiber species and the chemical condition, and there is a corresponding relationship between the zeta potential and the deinked pulp's quality. The single-factor experiment result of three kinds of secondary fiber material, regarding to the correlation of main process conditions such as disintegrating time and treatment temperature to the zeta potential and the deinked pulp's quality, showed that the zeta potential of the deinking system is also different according to the different treatment conditions, and the zeta potential of the deinking system is also correlated to the deinked pulp's quality.
