摘  要:以硫含量较高的胜利石油化工总厂的焦化汽油为原料,在固定床微型反应装置及提升管装置上考察了焦化汽油经催化裂化改质后的油品性质,并与改质前原料的性质进行对比分析。结果表明,经催化裂化改质后油品在保持较高液体收率的前提下性质得到极大的改善,并且液化石油气中丙烯含量较高;改质后的汽油的族组成发生变化,异构烷烃含量明显增加;烯烃含量显著降低,并且随着反应温度的升高而降低。此外,汽油的实际胶质、诱导期在改质后得到了极大改善,硫含量也有所降低。The properties of upgraded gasoline have been explored in a bench scale fixed and riser reactor by using coker gasoline with higher sulfur content as feedstock. The result shows that the gasoline properties have been greatly improved with higher liquid yield, when compared with the feedstock before upgrading, and the propene content in LPG is higher. The composition of upgraded gasoline has been changed, its isoalkane content is increased and olefin content is reduced with the increasing of reaction temperature. In addition, the actual gum and induction period of the upgraded gasoline have been improved and the sulfur content has been reduced.
