摘　　要：概述了双辊铸带技术的开发过程及现状,介绍了Castrip和Eurostrip两种铸带工艺的设备配置,分析了控制辊速、辊隙、浇铸温度及侧封等关键技术及存在的问题,并与传统工艺进行了比较,预测了铸带产品的市场前景。This paper generally explains the development course and present situation of double roll cast strip technique, introduces the installations of two types of cast strip processes--Castrip and Eurostrip, analyzes the critical techniques such as controlling roll speed, roll gap and cast temperature, side sealing, etc. and the existence problems, compares it with traditional technique, and predicts the market prospect of cast strip products.
