摘　　要：目的:探讨妊娠合并急性阑尾炎的临床特点及护理方法。方法:回顾性总结28例妊娠合并急性阑尾炎病人的临床特点及护理措施。结果:28例病人中,10例出现并发症,无一例死亡、流产及胎儿死亡,均痊愈出院。结论:掌握妊娠合并阑尾炎的临床特点,严密观察病情变化,及时采取有效的护理措施,对早期诊断、早期治疗、减少并发症的发生具有重要意义。Objective To explore the clinical obstacle and nursing measures. Methods: Sum up the clinical characteristic and nursing method of 28 patients of pregnancy combined with appendicitis.Results: Of the 28 patients, 10 patients emerged complications, no one died, aborted and dead fetus. They all recovered.Conclusion: Mastering the clinical characteristic of pregnancy complicated with appendicitis, observing the change of patients condition and immediately carrying out nursing measures can help doctors'diagnoses and care in early stage and reduce complications.
