摘　　要：笔者报告我院５０例应用ＴＩＰＳＳ方法治疗门脉高压症过程中，所遇到的较为严重的并发症，包括：急性心包填塞、肝动脉损伤、术后重度黄疸、肝性脑病、胆道出血各１例。其发生率为１０％。结合文献对其发生机制、预防方法及处理措施进行了讨论。The authors reported 5 cases with complications in 50 patient treated with TLPSS,including 1 case of acute pericardial temponade;1 case of hepatic artery injury; 1 severe jaundice after TIPSS;1 hepatic encephalopathy and 1 hemobilia about 2 months after TIPSS procedure. The percent- age of complications was 10%in this series. The machanism,prevention and management of the com- plications were discussed with review of literatures.
