摘　　要：通过对带钢平整过程中工作辊和支撑辊受力、变形等特点的分析,优化了轧辊辊型。生产实践表明,优化辊型提高了可应用的轧制力,增大了平整机的稳定性和消除带钢板形不良的能力,使因板形不良导致的废次品量下降。This article describes that ZIS, through analysing the elastic deformation of the work roll and supporting roll, optimizes the roll crown . The practical production shows that the optimized roll crown has increased the applicable rolling force, improved the stability of mill and decreased the deformed steel strip, as a result, the waste products ratio has been decreased.
