摘 要:用循环伏安法在玻碳电极上电聚合一层稳定的中性红聚合物膜,研究了这层膜在0.1mol/L磷酸缓冲溶液(pH7.0)中的电化学性质.用Nafion将葡萄糖氧化酶(GOD)和纳米金固定于中性红修饰的玻碳电极表面,制成了新型葡萄糖生物传感器.实验发现,加入纳米金后提高了该传感器的灵敏度,对葡萄糖的线性响应范围为1.0×10-5~1.2×10-3mol/L,检测下限为5.0×10-6mol/L.该传感器制备方法简单、灵敏度高、稳定性好,并具有抗抗坏血酸、抗尿酸干扰的特点.A new approach to construct an amperometric biosensor was described. A stable electropolymerized neutral red films are electropolymerized on the glassy carbon by the method of cyclic voltammetry, their electrochemical quality is studied extensively in 0.1 mol/L phosphate buffer (pH 7.0). Glucose oxidase (GOD) and colloidal gold were immobilized onto the surface of poly(neutral red) modified glassy carbon electrode by Nafion. The experiments proved that the Au colloid could enhance the current response to glucose and extend the linear range. The biosensor exhibited fast response, high sensitivity, fine stability and linear dependence on the analyte concentration in the range of 1×10^(-5)~1.2×10^(-3) mol/L, with calculated limit of 5×10^(-6) mol/L. In the meantime the biosensor can effectively eliminate interference from common interferents, such as ascorbic acid and uric acid.
