摘　　要：为解决纯棉无捻纱浴巾溢流染色毛羽多、染色不匀和毛圈乱等问题,对其前处理、染色工艺进行试验,确定了以双氧水和精练漂白剂的一浴法练漂前处理、复合酶去毛羽处理以及BES活性染料染色的工艺;对加工过程中出现的毛羽多、毛圈乱、染色不匀等问题提出了解决措施。In order to solve the problems in overflow dyeing of bath tower from pure cotton untwisted yarn, such as more hairiness, uneven dyeing and irregular plush loops, the processes of pretreatment and dyeing were discussed. As a result, scouring and hydrogen peroxide bleaching process in one bath, composite enzyme treatment to remove hairiness, and reactive dyeing with BES dyes were settled.
