棉或涤纶织物用新型阻燃剂的合成与应用

摘　　要：采用环氧氯丙烷、三氯氧磷及尿素等为原料,合成了一种新型阻燃剂。该阻燃剂含有磷、氮、氯三种阻燃元素,性能稳定。按GB/T17595—1998测试,涤纶、棉等织物经该阻燃剂整理后,阻燃性能可达B1级,具有半耐久性,在交联剂存在的情况下对涤纶、棉等织物具有一定的耐久性,且对织物的强力、手感、颜色等影响较小。A new flame retardant was synthesized with epichlorohydrin and phosphorus oxychloride and urea as raw materials. There are phosphor, nitrogen and chlorine in the flame retardant. Polyester or cotton fabrics finished with the flame retardant has excellent flame retardant property which can reach grade B1 according to GB/T 17595—1998. Polyester fabrics finished only with the flame retardant have half durable flame retardant property. Especially, polyester or cotton fabrics finished with the flame retardant and cross linking agent has durable flame retardant property. The flame retardant has little affection on strength, color and hand feeling of fabrics.
