摘 要:作者观察了电离辐射后小肠粘膜及血浆中二肢氧化酶(DAO)活性的变化.动物受6Gyγ射线照射后1天,小肠粘膜DAO活性即开始下降,3天降至最低,5天开始回升,15~25天酶的活性高于正常值,血浆中DAO活性的变化与小肠中酶活性的变化趋势基本相似.不同剂量照射后第3天,随着剂量的增大,小肠和血浆中DAO活性呈线性下降.通过肠上皮细胞量与DAO活性两者关系的研究表明:照后上皮细胞数的变比与DAO活性的改变基本一致.因此,认为血浆中DAO活性的变化可作为反映小肠粘膜放射损伤与修复的一个生物学指标.The changes of diamine oxidase(DAO) activity in small intestinaltissue homogenate and plasma of ratswere investigated after irradiation.After 6 Gy γ-irradiation, the plasmaon the lst day and reached the nadir onthe 3rd day. The recovery of DAOlevels was seen on 5th day, and theyexceeded those of controls at 15-25day. The changes of DAO activity ofplasma were of the same pattern asthose of the intestines. After irradiationwith 3.0, 4.5, 6.0, 7.5, and 9.0 Gy,the levels of DAO in both intestinesand plasma decreased with increasingradiation doses. The relationship betweenthe numbers of intestinal epithelialcells and DAO activity was also investigated. The DAO activity in intestinesand plasma was closely parallel withthe number of intestinal epithelial cellsduring the period of intestinal injuryand recovery. These data suggest thatplasma DAO activity may be a usefulbiologic indicator which can reflect theinjury and recovery of intestinal epithelium after acute radiation exposure.
