摘  要:作者采用PCC技术研究了3H-TdR掺入受β射线照射的体外培养CHL细胞染色体的损伤.实验结果表明,随着加氚活度增加染色体损伤逐渐增多,量效关系符合二次多项式Y=a+bD+cD2,对G1和G2MPCC断片分别拟合亦是如此.用PCC技术对损伤的检出率比相同条件下用常规法的检出率高6~15倍,说明PCC技术远较常规法敏感,其结果更能反映染色体的初始损伤情况,这对客观评价3H-TdR所致的遗传效应具有重要意义.The cytogenetic effect of 3H-TdR β-ray internal radiation on CHL cells was investigated simultaneously by premature chromosome condensation (PCC) and c onventional chromosome alteration analysis (CCAA). The experimental results indicated that the dose response relationships for total chromosome aberrations and G1PCC or G2PCC damage could be accurately expressed by a quadratic equation. But the yield of chromosome fragments observed by PCC was 6-15 times higher than that by CCAA .This fact suggests that PCC is more sensitive than CCAA for determining the chromosome damage. PCC technique might be more useful for assessment of the initial damage of chromosomes.
