摘  要:大鼠8Gy全身照射复合15%Ⅲ度烧伤,伤后6小时内进行异体骨髓和同一供体皮肤移植.治疗组大鼠50天动物存活50%,其异体皮全部存活,至伤后100和480天时,存活动物的异体皮仍然生长良好,组织结构正常。骨髓移植后5天,受体骨髓出现再生,第10天再生明显增多.淋巴结和脾脏皮质区淋巴细胞第15天出现再生.致伤对照大鼠于伤后7天内全部死亡,骨髓无明显再生.结果麦明,在极重度放烧复合伤情况下,早期进行异体骨髓和皮肤移植,促进了骨髓细胞再生,异体皮存活率显著提高,并可较长时期存活.Bone marrow and skin allograftsfrom the same donor were transplantedto rats inflicted with 8 Gy γ-radiationcombined with third degree burns of 15%body surface area within 6 hr post injury.Pathological changes of hematopoietictissues and skin allografts were studied.All injured controls died within 7 dayspost injury without bone marrow regeneration: 50% of treated rats survivedwith living skin allografts on 50th daypost injury.On days 100 and 480 postoperation, grafted skin still survivedwell on recipients with normal ultrastructure. Epidermic cells of skin allogaftsproliferated on day 5, developed andrepaired on day 10. Histological structure of the skin returned to normal onday 30 post operation. The regenerationof bone marrow appeared on sib day,increased markedly on day 10, and almostcompleted on day 15 after bone marrowtransplantation. Howeyer, the regeneration of lymphocytes in cortex of spleenand lymph nodes did not appear untilday 15 of BMT.The results show that bone marrowand skin allograft transplantation atearly time post injury in most severecombined radiation -burn injury havetremendous beneficial effects, andthe skin allograft can survive for a longtime.
