摘  要:目的研究中药天麻对肾缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用及其机制。方法建立大鼠肾缺血再灌注损伤模型,腹腔注射天麻,测定肾组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO),以及血清尿素氮(BUN)。结果肾缺血40min再灌注6h、24h后肾组织SOD活性降低、MDA升高,血清BUN含量升高。应用天麻后肾组织的SOD活性升高(P<0.05)、MDA下降(P<0.01),血清BUN含量下降(P<0.01)。结论天麻能减轻肾缺血再灌注损伤,机制可能与提高SOD活性、清除自由基、减轻脂质过氧化反应有关。Objective To study the antioxidation effects of Rhizoma Gastrodiae on the rats with renal ischemia reperfusion injuries.Methods Rhizoma gastrodiae was administered in rats and SOD,MDA,NO in renal tissues were studied and the BUN in the serum was tested at the same time.Results For 6,or 24 hours after reperfusion, the kidney SOD activities were significantly higher (P<0.01 P<0.05),while the concentration of MDA was significantly lower (P<0.01) and the serum BUN was significantly lower (P<0.01 respectively).Conclusion Rhizoma Gastrodiae may have anti-oxidative properties against renal ischemia reperfusion injuries in rats, possibly it is related with alleviating the damages caused by free radicals and lipid peroxidation.
