摘  要:卵巢功能衰退可致明显骨质丢失.本文作者应用50GyX射线局部照射大鼠卵巢,造成卵泡闭锁,雌激素低下,从而引起尿Ca/Cr、Hop/Cr和血ALP升高,呈明显负钙平衡,伴骨形成作用;胚骨上端1/3段形态计量学分析见骨小梁数和骨小梁体积减少,骨小梁间隙增加,呈松质骨丢失的病理特点.研究表明卵巢的辐射效应对骨代谢有明显影响.It is well known that the bone mass loss can be caused by functional failure of ovaries.In this study 50 Gy of X-rays were used to irradiate ovaries of rats to induce atresia of folicles, which resulted in low oestrogen level.In that case the urine Ca/Cr, Hop/Cr and serum Alp were markedly higher than those in the control rats, and the MTN and MTV in tibia of the irradiated groups were obviously decreased,but MTS was increased.The pathophysiological characteristies of bone trabecular loss appeared. demostrating that the severe effects on bone tnetabolism can be produced by irradiation of ovaries.
