摘　　要：根据资源学派、环境学派和能力学派的学术成果,提出一个城市的竞争力取决于起活化作用的城市资源因素,起成长性激励作用的城市内部能力因素,以及起推动和滞缓作用的外部环境因素。Based on the academic results by the school of resources,the school of environment and the school of capacity,the paper puts forwards the idea that the competitive power of a city depends on the factor of urban resource that plays the role of activation,the urban internal capacity factor that plays the role of prompting growth and the external environmental factor that plays the role of promo- tion and creeping.
