摘　　要：伊洛河和沁河水系是黄河干流下游小浪底至花园口区间的两条较大支流,是暴雨洪水的多发地区。文章介绍两个水系2003年降雨、径流和输沙量的情况及水沙量的平衡情况。The Yiluohe river and the Qinhe river are two larger tributarys in Xiaolangdi^Huayuankou of yellow river. The storm rainfall are happening with high frequency in this zone. The paper introduces the rainfall,the runoff,the sediment load and the balance of water and sediment at 2003 year.
