摘 要:胜坨油田是含油层系多、储层非均质严重的多层砂岩油藏,进入特高含水期后,应用常规层系井网调整技术难以有效挖掘多层砂岩的剩余油潜力,井网重组成为进一步提高采收率的深度开发技术。以胜坨油田坨28块沙二段1-3单元为例,建立概念模型,应用数值模拟技术,开展了井网重组技术优化研究,得出了井网重组时的技术政策界限,包括井网重组后的井网调整方式、不同组合层系的压力保持水平等。以此研究结果为指导开展了坨7 井网重组先导试验。方案实施后,10口新钻油井投产非主力层初期平均单井产油量8.6t/d,比调整前平均单井产油量高2倍;含水率70.6%,比单元综合含水率低25.6%,取得了较好效果。Shengtuo oilfield is the multiple-bedded sandstone reservoirs with multiple oil-bearing series of strata and severe reservoir heterogeneity. After it entered the extra-high water-cut period it was difficult to effectively tap the potential of the residual oil in the multiple-bedded sandstones using general well pattern arrangement technology among series of strata, the technology of well pattern rearrangement became the main development countermeasures for enhancing oil recovery. Taking 1 - 3 units in Sha 2 member of Tuo 28 block in Shengtuo oilfield as examples, optimized technology of the well pattern rearrangement was researched, and technical limits of it were gained through establishing concept model and applying numerical simulation. It included well pattern arrangement way and pressure preservation level in various combined series of strata after the well pattern rearrangement. Pilot tests of the well pattern rearrangement were carried out in Tuo 7 block guided by the research results. After implementation of the program, average oil production of single well of newly drilled ten oil wells was 8. 6t/d at early production on non-major reservoirs, which was higher 2 times that before rearrangement; water cut was 70. 6% , which was lower 25. 6% than the composite water cut. The development result was good.
