摘  要:埕岛油田馆陶组油藏有一批低压井,在生产作业过程中入井液漏失严重,致使作业后油井产能大幅度下降。针对该问题,分析了埕岛油田馆陶组地层的水漏失伤害现状和水锁伤害的机理,研制了PWA水锁伤害处理剂,并对其制备方法、室内岩心水锁伤害实验进行了介绍。其现场应用成功率为100%,不仅使油井能够保持作业前的产量,而且还能大大缩短入井液的返排时间,成功地解决了埕岛油田馆陶组的水漏失伤害问题。There is a batch of low pressure wells in Guantao formation oil reservoir, Chengdao oilfield. During production operation, the sea water of entering fluid leaked so seriously that it made the oil productivity reduce by a big margin. Aimed to the situation, the present situation of water-leak damage and the mechanism of water-lock damage in Ng of Chengdao oilfield were analyzed, and then PWA treating agent was developed. The preparative method of PWA treating agent and water-lock damage experiment by laboratory cores were introduced. Its applicable successful ratio in the field was 100% . It solved the problem of the water-leak damage in Ng of Chengdao oilfield successfully with not only keeping the oil production before operation in oil wells, but reducing the flowback time of the entering fluid at large scale.
