摘　　要：采用2002年我国各地区建筑业经济指标,运用因子分析法进行了综合比较研究,以SPSS统计软件为计算工具,以主因子的综合得分大小作为该地区建筑业综合实力的度量,得出了2002年各地区建筑业综合实力的排序。本文透过数据对部分地区建筑业存在的问题进行了分析,得到了一些重要的评价结论,对于各地区建筑生产企业了解自身的实力与生产信息均有重要的参考价值。This article implements factor analysis to carry out a comprehensive comparative research on the construction industry by region with the data of 2002. Meanwhile by applying SPSS software and measuring the comprehensive competence of the construction industry of a region with the comprehensive score of primary factor, we rank different regions in their comprehensive competence of the construction industry in 2002. We also analyze the construction industry of some regions in detail and get some important conclusions, which are important references for construction enterprises to know their own position.
