摘　　要：数字参考服务已成为当前影响中国图书馆发展的热点问题之一。在分析国外数字化参考服务遇到的问题及原因的基础上,探讨了数字化参考服务的工作流程、创建步骤,以指导我国数字化参考服务健康运行。The digital reference service has become one of the focus problems affecting the development of Chinese libraries at present. Based on analyzing the problems in foreign digital reference service and their causes, this paper probes into the working processes and creating procedures of the digital reference service for the purpose of guiding Chinese digital reference service to healthy operating.
