放置含铜硅胶V型宫内节育器的远期临床观察

摘　　要：对放置国产含铜硅胶Ｖ型宫内节育器（ＩＵＤ）５～１８年的妇女３５０例（ＶＣｕ２００ＩＵＤ组），与放置同样年限不锈钢金属ＩＵＤ且同期取器的妇女３５０例（金属ＩＵＤ组）的子宫内膜变化及ＩＵＤ形态进行对照研究。结果：ＶＣｕ２００ＩＵＤ组的妊娠率明显低于金属ＩＵＤ组，虽然部分ＶＣｕ２００ＩＵＤ出现铜丝氧化、融蚀，中心扣断脱致ＩＵＤ变形及硅胶管钙盐沉积，但放置ＶＣｕ２００ＩＵＤ妇女的子宫内膜无恶性病变发生。提示：如经ｘ线检查ＩＵＤ形态及铜丝尚较完整，且放置ＩＵＤ的妇女无月经紊乱发生，仍可继续放置ＶＣｕ２００ＩＵＤ。comparative study was carried out in 350 womenusing VCu200 intrauterine devices (IUD) and 350women using stainless steel ring (SSR) IUD for 5～18years. The endometrial changes and shapes of IUD werestudied. The results showed that the pregnancy ratewas significantly lower in VCu200 group after 5 years ofinsertion. In spite of the oxidation , errosion or breakageof the copper wire , calcium deposit of even deformationof the IUD, they were not associated with an increasedincidence of endometrial carcinoma and pelvic inflamma-tory disease. It is suggested that VCu200 IUD need notto be removed if the IUD keeps normal shape and thecopper wire remains intact by X ray examination.
