摘　　要：目的:探讨初诊2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素强化治疗对胰岛β细胞功能的影响。方法:对初诊2型糖尿病患者在胰岛素强化治疗3个月前后行葡萄糖耐量试验及同步胰岛素激发试验,比较BG、INS及I30/G30的变化。结果:BG明显下降,INS及I30/G30升高(P<0.05)。结论:对初诊2型糖尿病患者采用胰岛素强化治疗,通过降低糖毒性、脂毒性,可保护和显著恢复胰岛β细胞分泌功能。Objective To study the impact of short-term intensive insulin treatment on β-cell function in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients. Method Newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients were treated with glucose tolerance test and isochronous insulin excitated test for three months before and after the intensive insulin treatment. The BG,INS and I30/G30 were compared. Results BG was significantly decreased, INS and I30/G30 were increased (P<0.05). Conclusion The pancreatic β-cell function can be protect and significantly resumed by decreasing the glucose toxicity and lipotoxicity in newly diagnosed type 2 diabetic patients.
