摘　　要：目的:探讨采用固体硅胶假体隆鼻术操作及并发症防治经验。方法:回顾1998年2月至今进行的276例隆鼻手术。分析并发症其产生原因,并采用手术方法进行治疗。结果:261例效果满意。15例出现并发症,治疗后效果满意。结论:假体的雕刻和手术过程中剥离层次是并发症产生的主要原因,也是手术成功的关键。Objective To investigate operative procedure and prevention of iomplications of using augentatiion rhinoplasty with silicone. Method A retrospective review was conducted to analyze 276 cases Rhinoplasty from 1998 until now. The causes of complications were analyzed and measures were given to deal with them. Results Reoperation were performed and received promising results. Conclusion Complications of rhinoplasty mainly result from prosthesis curving and operative procedure,and proper treatments always lead to excellent clinical results.
