摘 要:对天祝高寒地区芜菁品种—洋芜菁和平芜菁在叶丛迅速生长期进行了光合日动态研究,结果表明:叶片周围微环境的相对湿度和光合有效辐射对叶片净光合速率影响较大,其作用强于其他与光合有关的生态因子;当叶片微环境相对湿度低于55%时,植物光合速率为0;当光合有效辐射和温度分别达到1409μE/m2和23.4℃时,日最大光合速率为13.2CO2mg/(dm2.h)。在叶丛迅速生长期,平芜菁比洋芜菁在干旱生境中有较强的适应性;地膜覆盖对芜菁单叶的光合速率影响不明显(P>0.05)。The daily dynamic of photosynthesis in two cultivars of turnip (Brassica rapa) was studies by testing the photosynthesis rate (Ph) and other related parameters in growing period on Tianzhu alpine grassland. The preliminary conclusion can be prawn that the relative air humidity (RH) around leaves and Ph show a linear relation, the Ph becomes zero when RH is below 55%, the daily maximum Ph is 13.2 CO_(2) mg/(dm^(2)h), which can be reached when temperature and photosynthesis available radiation (PAR) are 23.4 and 1409 μE/( m^(2)s) respectively. The cultivar with white root is more tolerant to drought than the one with yellow root. The plastic mulching treatment has no significant effect on Ph in two cultivar (P>0.05).
